Terms of Use

In short: FundingView shows data and analyses about perpetual exchanges. It is information, not financial advice. We do not hold your funds or trade for you, the data can be wrong or delayed, and every trading decision is yours.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of FundingView, including the website fundingview.app, its tools and its API (the “Service”). The Service is operated by GHZ Creative - F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered with the Ajman Free Zone Authority, licence no. 49512, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”).

By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What FundingView is

FundingView is a data and analytics platform. It collects publicly available market data from decentralized perpetual exchanges (funding rates, prices, open interest, volume, order books) and presents it through comparisons, rankings, historical charts, backtests, execution-cost estimates and an API.

FundingView is not:

• an exchange, broker, dealer or trading venue;
• a custodian: we never hold, receive or control your funds or crypto-assets;
• an investment adviser or portfolio manager;
• a party to any trade you make on a third-party exchange.

3. No financial advice

Everything on FundingView, including rates, APR figures, “best strategies”, scores, backtests and blog articles, is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell or hold any asset or to use any exchange.

Trading perpetual futures involves leverage and a high risk of losing part or all of your capital, including through liquidation, funding rate reversals, price divergence between venues, fees, slippage, smart-contract failures and exchange insolvency. Displayed yields are estimates based on past or current data and are not guaranteed. Past performance does not predict future results. You are solely responsible for your decisions and should consult a qualified professional if in doubt.

4. Data accuracy

Data comes from third-party sources that we do not control. It may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or temporarily unavailable, and our calculations (annualized rates, averages, spreads, costs) involve simplifying assumptions. We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it. Always verify information directly on the exchange before trading.

5. Third-party exchanges and referral links

The Service links to third-party exchanges and services. We do not endorse them and are not responsible for their content, security, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. It is your responsibility to check that using a given exchange is legal where you live.

Disclosure: some links, including on the Exclusive Offers page, are referral or affiliate links. We may receive a commission or other benefit when you use them, at no extra cost to you. This does not change the data we display.

6. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these terms. Most of the Service is available without an account. To create one, you sign in through Auth0 with a one-time email code, Google or GitHub; you are responsible for keeping access to that email or provider account secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to use only one account.

7. Premium subscription

• Premium is a recurring subscription billed in advance through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page, plus any applicable taxes. It renews automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your settings (billing portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Premium access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and partial periods are not refunded. If you are a consumer with a statutory right of withdrawal, you agree that access to Premium starts immediately after payment.
• We may change prices or Premium features for future periods; we will inform subscribers in advance, and you can cancel before the change applies.

8. API

API keys are personal and must be kept confidential; you are responsible for all use of your keys. You must respect the documented rate limits. You may use API data in your own tools and publications, provided you credit FundingView as the source. You may not resell, redistribute in bulk or offer the data as a competing data feed without our written permission. We may change, limit or revoke API access, including to protect the Service.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape or bulk-download the Service other than through the API;
• overload, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• circumvent access restrictions, including Premium features or rate limits;
• reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or sanctions evasion;
• impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with FundingView.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, texts, rankings, scores and analyses, belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use it in line with these terms. Underlying market data remains the property of its respective sources. Exchange names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost data or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or the data it provides. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.

14. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account, or restrict access, if you breach these terms or if needed to protect the Service or comply with the law. We may also modify or discontinue any part of the Service; if we discontinue Premium, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid period.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify signed-in users in advance. Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Ajman and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Emirate of Ajman. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you live, or of your right to bring proceedings there.
