Privacy Policy

In short: FundingView is a data and analytics site. You can use most of it without an account. If you sign in, we keep only what is needed to run your account: your email, a display name and picture, and your plan. We never see or store a password, we do not show ads, and we do not sell your data.
1. Who we are
FundingView (fundingview.app) is operated by GHZ Creative - F.Z.E, a Free Zone Establishment registered with the Ajman Free Zone Authority, licence no. 49512, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. Contact for any privacy request: ilyess@ghzcreative.ai.
FundingView aggregates publicly available market data from decentralized perpetual exchanges (funding rates, prices, open interest, volume) and turns it into comparisons and analyses. It does not hold funds, execute trades or connect to your wallet.
2. Data we collect
When you browse the site (with or without an account)
- Usage events: pages viewed, time spent on a page, the domain of the site that sent you (e.g.
twitter.com, not the full address), campaign tags in the link (utm_*), and which market or exchange you looked at. - Technical context: device type (desktop / mobile / tablet), browser and operating system family, and your country. The country is derived from your connection by our hosting provider; we do not store your IP address with these events.
- A random visitor identifier stored in a cookie, used only to tell new visitors from returning ones. It is not linked to your identity unless you sign in.
We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which measures page views in aggregate without cookies. Our hosting providers may process IP addresses briefly in technical logs to deliver the site and protect it against abuse.
When you create an account
Sign-in is handled by Auth0 (Okta), either with a one-time code sent to your email or through Google or GitHub. There is no FundingView password. We receive and store:
- your email address, and whether your provider has verified it;
- your name and profile picture as provided by Google or GitHub, and a username (derived from your email, which you can change);
- a technical identifier from Auth0 and the sign-in method used, the date you joined and the date you were last active;
- anything you choose to add in your settings, such as an EVM wallet address.
If you subscribe to Premium
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card details. We keep your Stripe customer reference, your plan, the status of your subscription and its renewal date.
If you use API keys
- FundingView API keys you create are stored only as a one-way hash; we cannot read them back.
- Exchange API credentials, if a feature asks you to connect one, are encrypted (AES-256-GCM) before being stored and are used only for that feature. We recommend read-only keys.
3. Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we only request your basic profile: name, email address and profile picture. We use them solely to create and identify your FundingView account. We do not access your Gmail, contacts, Drive or any other Google data, we do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell or transfer it to third parties except the service providers listed below. FundingView’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for advertising, and do not make automated decisions that have legal effects on you.

We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site keeps working, but you will not stay signed in. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, we do not record usage events.
6. Service providers
We share data only with the providers needed to run FundingView:
- Auth0 (Okta, Inc.), USA: authentication and one-time code emails.
- Google LLC and GitHub, Inc., USA: only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Stripe: payment processing for Premium.
- Vercel Inc., USA: hosting of the website and aggregate web analytics.
- ALEXHOST SRL, Moldova: server hosting our API and database.
Market data is fetched from public exchange APIs; no personal data is sent to them. Links to exchanges may include a referral code, which tells the exchange that you came from FundingView but does not share your account data with it.
7. International transfers
We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers are located in the United States and Moldova. When personal data of users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland is transferred to countries without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses offered by these providers.
8. Retention
- Account data: as long as your account exists, then deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
- Detailed usage events: 90 days, after which only aggregated statistics that do not identify you are kept.
- Billing records: as long as required by applicable accounting and tax laws.
- Session cookie: 7 days.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and the UAE Personal Data Protection Law), you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and withdraw any consent you gave. You can edit most profile data yourself in your settings. For anything else, including deleting your account, email ilyess@ghzcreative.ai from the address linked to your account. We answer within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
10. Security
Connections are encrypted (HTTPS), session cookies are HTTP-only, exchange credentials are encrypted at rest, FundingView API keys are hashed, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the authorities as required by law.
11. Children
FundingView is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Changes
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will change the date at the top of this page, and notify signed-in users by email or on the site for significant changes. The policies of our parent company are available at ghzcreative.ai/legal.
